Audrey’s Place is a custom-built assisted living home for 5 residents, in the heart of Inver Grove Heights. Newly built in 2021. Designed to be both beautiful and life-giving, the open-concept, fully accessible home features sun-filled gathering spaces throughout. A beautifully appointed central kitchen with a large island anchors the home, while the living room invites you in with a warm fireplace and an adjacent sunroom filled with natural light. Residents enjoy daily activities, shared meals, and meaningful time with friends in spaces designed to feel open, comfortable, and welcoming.

Surrounded by mature trees, a generous yard, and seasonal flowers, Audrey’s Place offers peaceful outdoor spaces to enjoy—from shaded mornings on the front porch to quiet sunsets on the back patio.

Residents enjoy spacious private bedrooms with large windows, along with thoughtfully designed bathroom spaces created with care, dignity, and ease in mind. Rather than small en-suite bathrooms, the home features two large, spa-style bathrooms—one with a zero-entry shower and one with a generous sit-in tub—designed to comfortably support mobility needs, care equipment, and caregiver assistance.

Care is led by a dedicated home manager and supported by two professional caregivers who are awake and available 24/7. With full oversight from our licensed director and assigned Registered Nurse, residents and families can trust they are supported by a steady, experienced team. Fresh, home-cooked meals and a hope-filled way of life make Audrey’s Place a home where people are known, valued, and cared for in every season of life.
